Updates and Celebrations
Celebrating one year of publications and a personal note from our editor.
Dear Readers,
Thank you for your ongoing engagement with and support for our Young Adult Ministry Trend Report Substack. This month marks our one-year anniversary from the start of our publication. In that time, we have grown to nearly four hundred subscribers, roughly sixty of whom are paid subscribers. We are consistently getting high levels of readership for each of our publications, and for that we are beyond grateful!
In celebration of this anniversary, we are unlocking one of our recent paid posts (discussing the somewhat alarming trend of young people expressing openness to “dating” an AI or virtual partner) and our November newsletter on young parents, family formation, and the church (the newsletter is attached as a pdf at the bottom of the post). Please feel free to enjoy these posts and consider becoming a paid subscriber if you are not already to get access to our future newsletters.
A special thank you is also in order to our paid subscribers. We are so grateful for your support over the past year—your engagement enables us to research and analyze the trends among young people that form the heart of our publication. Thank you!
On a separate note, many of you may have noticed a reduced publishing schedule recently. The reason for this is that my wife and I welcomed our first child to the world one month ago, and I have been on paternity leave. Fortunately, it appears that my daughter has decided that she can sleep for more than 90 minutes at a time, so I will be able to get back to our regular publishing schedule in the weeks ahead. Thank you for your patience as I adjust to new, baby-centric domestic rhythms!
Wishing you all a peaceful and holy Lent,
Edward
